Sybase RepConnector is a unique tool that bridges traditional data integration with message-level integration. Sybase RepConnector protects your existing investments in database technology by allowing you to extract data directly from existing applications, and to share that data with other BPI/EAI tools.
Sybase RepConnector enables real-time event and information delivery among enterprise applications without having to change existing application code. This off-the-shelf product captures business events, transforms them to formats used by other applications, and delivers them to TIBCO®, IBM® WebSphere™ MQ (MQSeries™), Sybase EAServer™ or any JMS compliant messaging infrastructure across the enterprise. These end-messages can be easily shared with other applications using Sybase Process Server and Integration Servers.
Sybase RepConnector works directly with databases to extract the data in real time, with little or no custom coding. These messages—such as customer or sales transactions—are delivered in XML to message queues, and can be used by any supported message queuing system.
